So I was going to be all cool and calm about my first page one this week, I really was. There’s no point blowing your own trumpet, I told myself, self deprecation has served you so well in the past so far so stick with it you big-headed buffoon. And yet… it was a pathetically big thrill for me, so there. So um, yeah that’s all I’ve got to say.
So is that like today? I hardly look at the paper. uber kudos though.

yay for you! i just read it, even me with my mere trickle of an interest in all things financial found it interesting, and it was quite a thrill to pick up the paper in a cafe and see your name there, i boasted to my friend and she was suitably impressed. just a shame you didn't have that great photo of yours that you love so much with the byline :)
