Animal testing has always been a tricky moral area for me and something that other people seem to like arguing about with me, for some reason. Obviously it’s easy to oppose testing cosmetics etc on cute little beagles or bunnies (seriously ya’ll: unless your shampoo/mascara/lipstick says animal free it was probably squirted into the eyes of something cute and fluffy so you shouldn’t buy it) but opposing research to find cures for fatal or debilitating diseases is a lot harder. This is quite old but I missed it the first time around and it gives me hope that we might all be able to have our cake and eat it too.
